Whiz Solutions LLC (“Whiz Solutions”, “we”, “us”) is a software development and digital transformation company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for personal information processed through this website.

We only collect information you choose to give us, or that is needed to run the site:

Contact form

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and any company, phone number, service interest, and message you provide. Submissions are processed by our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to us by email.

AI assistant (chat)

If you use the on-site AI assistant, the messages you type are sent to our Cloudflare Worker, which passes them to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. These messages are processed transiently to answer you and are not used to train the AI provider’s models, in line with the provider’s API terms. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat.

Analytics & marketing cookies (only if you allow them)

With your consent, we may use analytics and marketing cookies (for example Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the site is used. These are off by default and load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Security

To protect the contact form from spam and abuse we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a lightweight, privacy-preserving check. This is a necessary security function.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you request (legal basis: performance of a contract / taking steps at your request).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website, including spam protection (legal basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe, effective site).
• To measure and improve site performance through analytics (legal basis: your consent).
• For marketing measurement and audiences, where enabled (legal basis: your consent).
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that help us run this site, under appropriate contractual protections:

• Cloudflare: website delivery, security (Turnstile), the AI assistant Worker, and (if enabled) cookieless web analytics.
• Formspree: receiving and forwarding contact-form submissions.
• Anthropic: AI processing of chat messages to generate replies (transient, and not used for model training per its API terms).
• Analytics/marketing providers you consent to (e.g. Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn), where enabled.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s safeguards and contractual commitments to protect your information.

We keep contact-form enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymise them. AI chat messages are processed transiently to answer you and are not retained by us as a long-term record. Cookie-based data is kept for the lifetime set out in our Cookie Policy.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erase your information where there is no ongoing need to keep it.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including where based on our legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent for analytics/marketing cookies at any time (see “Cookie Settings” in the footer).
