Built for AutoCAD, Revit & big design files
Egnyte understands how design applications behave. External references (XREFs) and linked models in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino and SketchUp keep working exactly as they do on a local server. Files open straight from the mapped drive at desktop speed, with no VPN.
Delta sync means only changes travel
Save a 900 MB drawing and Egnyte uploads only the part that changed, not the whole file. Colleagues can even start downloading before a sync completes. That’s what makes cloud work practical on UAE site connections.

A document isn't just created and forgotten. It's born, worked on, approved, kept for as long as the law or your industry requires, archived, and finally disposed of, with proof. Approve & Control
The document becomes a record once it is reviewed, approved and e-signed (21 CFR Part 11 in pharma). From here it is controlled, and the effective version is unambiguous.
Retain
A retention policy attaches automatically, based on what the document is, whether contract, batch record, SOP or project file. While retention runs, the record cannot be quietly deleted, even by an admin.
Archive
When its active life ends, the document moves to archive storage automatically, out of everyday view and cheaper to keep, but instantly retrievable for an audit, a dispute, or a warranty claim.
